1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing bsfbook.com (the "Website") or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following digital products and services:

• The BSF Book (Essential Knowledge) — A digital book delivered in PDF and EPUB formats, covering 22 chapters on Black Soldier Fly farming.
• Advanced Package (Build With Support) — Includes the digital book, a 1-hour consultancy call, a 2-hour video course, priority email support, and spreadsheet templates.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital products via email.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct. If you do not receive your products within 24 hours, please contact us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, templates, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Marcos Aguayo and is protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the materials with third parties
• Upload the materials to any public or file-sharing platform
• Use the materials for commercial training or courses without written permission
• Remove any copyright notices from the materials

6. Consultancy Calls

Consultancy calls included in the Advanced Package must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase. Calls are conducted via video conferencing and last up to 1 hour. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows forfeit the call.

7. Disclaimer

The information provided in our products is for educational purposes only. While based on real operational experience, results may vary depending on your specific circumstances, location, regulations, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes or financial returns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marcos Aguayo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
